1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Billing and Payment

Our Service is billed on a per-active-user, per-month basis. An "active user" is defined as any user account that has utilized the core "record/stop" time-tracking functionality at least once during a calendar month. Your company's Customer Admin is responsible for payment for all active users associated with your company's account.

4. User Responsibilities

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not, and must not attempt to, do the following:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network.
• Reverse-engineer the application for any purpose.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. This may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

6. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall PTIAS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
