How your subscription is billed

Your organization subscribes on a monthly basis. You are billed ONLY for the number of users who actually used the app or the PI Planning board as Editors or Board Admins in the billing period (monthly) — NOT for every seat on paper. Users who did not use the PTIAS Desktop / mobile / PI Planning Board during the previous month are not charged for that month's usage-based portion, so you only pay for real activity. As the administrator of your PTIAS account you can add or remove end-users as you wish using a simple dashboard. Also, note that PI Planning board viewers are not counted for billing, only Board Editors and Board Admins.

Exact metrics (for example monthly active users) and plan details are shown when you subscribe or renew in the checkout flow. No hidden fees, no surprises, and cancellation is just a click of a button. Still have questions? Contact us at contact@ptias.com.

Pricing

The list price for each active user (aligned with how you are billed) is $8.00 (USD) per user, per month (including taxes).

Note that since the price is per user, per month, your total amount will account for the number of active users in the current month.

If we ever change this list price, we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice by email (to the billing contact on the account) before the new rate applies to their renewal, and we will publish the updated figure on this page so it remains the single place to see our current public rate.

Note: Your first charge is for one seat only, all coming cycles will be according to the number of monthly active users under your account.

Cancellation

As an administrator of your account you can cancel your subscriptionn at any given moment by loggging in and going to your account page and choosing the cancel button.

Refund policy

Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks follow the terms shown at purchase and our Terms of Service. Where Paddle is the seller of record, Paddle's buyer policies may also apply to payment disputes and eligible refunds.
